- Why must you use genuine Spectrum Concepts® products? All Flipworks® and most other Spectrum Concepts products are covered by Utility Patents. These Utility Patents protect the unique functions of our products, not just their appearance. In addition, Spectrum Concepts® and Flipworks® are registered trademarks of Spectrum Concepts, Inc. We vigorously protect our intellectual property rights!
- Genuine Spectrum Concepts® products can only be purchased directly from Spectrum Concepts. We do not have licensed manufacturers and our distributors do not sell Flipworks® products in Asia.
- All orders must be sent directly to Spectrum Concepts in California, USA.
- Our most popular products are available from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
- Our products are produced in California and Southern China.
- Your prices are FOB Hong Kong or your nearest international port. We pay for all ocean freight.

Sample Request Policy:
- We will be pleased to send a few sample parts at no charge. We will pay the air freight.
- For large sample requests, we may provide parts for free but we might require you to pay the freight by supplying us with your "Import" UPS or FEDEX shipper account number.
Ordering:
- All inquiries, samples requests and orders must be sent to our USA office.
- Our Hong Kong warehouse CANNOT process any information nor accept orders.
- When your order is received, we will send a Proforma Invoice with wire transfer instructions via FAX or Email. Once funds are received by our U.S. bank, your order will be released for pickup in Hong Kong or shipment to your closest international port.
Pricing and Shipping costs:
- Please contact us for our Asia Price List.
- All prices apply to shipments from our Hong Kong warehouse or container shipments from the USA to your nearest International Port-of-Entry.
- If requested, we will quote the additional cost for Air Freight. If air freight is required, the customer pays the difference between air and ocean rates.
Payment terms:
- Shipments to Asian locations must be prepaid via wire transfer unless billed to a company in the USA with established credit.
Import Documents:
- All necessary documentation will be sent via Fax or Email from our USA office.
- If originals are required, please notify us at the time of order.
To Mainland China:
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for products stocked in Hong Kong. (Large orders may require additional time.)
- Orders are released within 2 business days after receipt of funds or Purchase Order from established USA buyer.
- Please verify availability at least 7 weeks in advance, in case your order must ship from USA.
- Our product may be imported without tariffs if installed in furniture that will be exported out of China.
- Please contact our Hong Kong warehouse upon receipt of your release documents to make arrangements to pickup your order.
- Your broker may also contact our warehouse to make arrangements to pickup your order.
- Products may be picked up by your truck.
- Spectrum Concepts does not offer any delivery service from the Hong Kong warehouse.
